Downing Renewable Developments (DRD) Sweden has selected digital platform Vind AI to strengthen the development of its onshore wind projects in Sweden.

Vind AI’s digital platform integrates data, advanced algorithms, analytical capabilities, and collaboration tools to significantly accelerate wind farm development. The partnership will help to support DRD’s expansion across Northern Europe.  

DRD is now using Vind AI’s digital platform to transform its wind project assessment and design process as the developer targets a larger and more diversified renewable energy portfolio in Sweden across wind, solar and battery storage.

By accessing all the wind project data in a single platform and using Vind AI’s advanced optimisation tools, DRD Sweden’s development team has already verified improvements in how quickly they can develop high-quality wind projects, through identifying layout interactions and production estimates significantly faster.
